We run this store and website — including all related content, features, tools and services — to give you a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Amy's Wardrobe is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. Please read them carefully — they cover important things like warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase — Amy's Wardrobe may accept or decline any order for any reason. An order isn't accepted until we confirm it, and payment must be received and processed first. Please review your order carefully, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellations once an order is accepted. If we can't accept, change or cancel an order, we'll try to reach you using the email, billing address or phone number provided.
Returns and exchanges are handled solely according to our Return & Refund Policy.
You confirm your purchases are for personal or household use, not for resale or commercial export.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts and promotions can change without notice. You'll pay the price in effect when your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, listed prices don't include taxes, shipping, handling or import charges.

Amy's Wardrobe is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales you make in our store are made directly with Amy's Wardrobe. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of these sales, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products, and you release Shopify from claims related to your purchases with Amy's Wardrobe.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Netherlands, where Amy's Wardrobe (Bs Yassin) is registered, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your own country of residence.
