Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on every order shipped within the United States, with no minimum spend. Your total is shown in full at checkout, before you pay, so there are no surprises.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number. Can't find it? Email us at support@amyswardrobe.com and we'll look it up for you.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order arrives. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, it's on us. Refunds are processed within 15 business days of us receiving your return. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page includes a size guide to help you find your fit. Between two sizes? We usually recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, comfortable fit. Our support team is also happy to help if you're unsure.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel or edit your order within 30 minutes of placing it — after that, it's already being prepared for shipping. If it's already on its way, you're welcome to return it once it arrives, following our normal return process.
