At Amy's Wardrobe, we ship every order from our warehouse in Sugar Land, Texas to customers across the United States. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. During busier periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if that happens.
3. Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is processed:
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit time: 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total estimated delivery: 4–9 business days
- Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM (EST)
These are estimates — actual delivery can be affected by carrier delays or severe weather.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We're currently unable to ship to PO Box addresses or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, it may be returned to our warehouse. We'll reach out to arrange reshipment, which may involve an additional shipping cost.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us right away at support@amyswardrobe.com. We'll work with the carrier to sort it out as quickly as possible.
