Return Policy Details

At Amy's Wardrobe we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving the item, in accordance with standard NL eCommerce return practices.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must not be damaged, worn, or altered
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

If the returned product shows signs of use, missing packaging, or decreased value, we reserve the right to apply a depreciation deduction, up to the full value of the item if necessary.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at yassinboy10@gmail.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions
  4. Ship the item to our return address (provided below)

3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions via email
  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  • Ship the item using a trackable shipping service
  • After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are not currently possible.
To exchange an item, please return your original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to misuse

7. Customer Rights (Dutch & EU Consumer Law)

This return policy complies with applicable Dutch and European consumer protection and e-commerce regulations.

Under Dutch and EU consumer law, consumers generally have a 30-day statutory withdrawal period for online purchases, subject to applicable legal exceptions. In addition, consumers are protected by statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.

Customers are entitled to receive:

  • Products that are free from defects and meet applicable quality requirements
  • Refunds processed in accordance with applicable Dutch and EU consumer protection laws

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or does not conform to the agreement, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

These statutory consumer rights apply regardless of any additional return policy offered by Amy's Wardrobe.

8. Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong item was sent

Return shipping fees may vary depending on the product’s weight and size.

A return cost deduction may range from $10 USD to $ 20 USD, depending on the item and shipping carrier.
